Chakra Cleansing Reiki & Sound Bath

Join Clara and Michelle for a transformative Sound Bath and Reiki night to relax and restore your energetic, physical, emotional and spiritual self.
We begin with gentle movement to help you connect deeply with your chakra system and physical body, release tension and prepare for a deeper meditative experience, followed by a guided chakra meditation that leads you into the fully immersive and soothing vibrations of the sound bath, where we invite deep rest and relaxation, self-inquiry and self-discovery.
Clara (RYT-200) has various sound-healing instruments to share including crystal bowls and the gorgeous sounds of her sea drum!
Michelle (ERYT-200, Reiki Master) will offer healing Reiki energy throughout your experience to support you.
The event will be held in the beautiful Studio 34 space at 34 W. Broad St., in Burlington, NJ. Second Floor. Plenty of on-street parking.
